Deine Aufgaben
• Du entwickelst Ideen, konkretisierst diese und verantwortest deren kreative Umsetzung in Kundenprojekten und Pitches.
• Du erstellst Präsentationen, die inhaltlich und gestalterisch überzeugend sind.
• Du leitest und steuerst unsere kreativen Partner und Dienstleister in der Zusammenarbeit.
Dein Profil
• Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Du bringst >5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kreativkonzeption von Corporate Events und Brand Activations mit und denkst zielgerichtet für den Projekterfolg.
• Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit einem stilsicheren mündlichen und schriftlichen Gebrauch der deutschen und englischen Sprache zeichnen dich aus.
• Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine hohe Affinität für digitale Trends und Themen – wie Social Media und digitale Touchpoints.
• Du besitzt unerschöpfliche Business-Creativity, markenstrategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, dich in unterschiedliche Branchen, Kunden und Themen einzudenken.
• Du hast die richtige Balance zwischen Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist.
• Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung der Creative Cloud Programme, Powerpoint und idealerweise Whiteboards, wie z.B. Miro, mit.

Your mission
You develop ideas, concretize them and are responsible for their creative implementation in customer projects and pitches.
You create presentations that are convincing in terms of content and design.
You lead and manage our creative partners and service providers in the collaboration.
Your profile
You have a successfully completed degree in communication sciences or a comparable qualification.
You have >5 years of experience in the creative conception of corporate events and brand activations and think goal-oriented for the success of the project.
You have very good presentation and communication skills with a confident oral and written use of German and English.
You have a strong awareness of quality and a high affinity for digital trends and topics - such as social media and digital touchpoints.
You have inexhaustible business creativity, brand-strategic thinking and the ability to think your way into different industries, customers and topics.
You have the right balance between initiative and team spirit.
You have a sound knowledge of Creative Cloud programs, PowerPoint and ideally whiteboards such as Miro.
